Tauck European River Cruising

Tauck offers a number of European river cruises, on the Danube, Seine, Rhone, Rhine, Moselle, Saone, Main and Main-Danube Canal. These range from the 7 night Blue Danube up to the 23 nights full Grand European Tour. The company has been in existence for 90 years, and is still family owned and run, and has even been referred to as the World’s Most Engaging River Cruise Line. The Jewel Class ships carry 118 passengers in 45 cabins and 14 category 7 Suites, all of which are outside and the majority of which have a French balcony. Onboard amenities include the Compass Rose Dining Room, which offers open seating dining, the Panorama Lounge, Fitness Centre, Spa suite, Boutique, Sun Deck, Putting Green & Jacuzzi.

Inspiration Class Ships

The Inspiration Class ships carry 130 passengers in 45 cabins and 22 category 7 Suites, all of which are outside, the majority of which have a French balcony. Onboard amenities include the Compass Rose Dining Room, which offers open seating dining, the Panorama Lounge, Fitness Centre, Spa suite, Hair Salon, Boutique, Sun Deck, Putting Green & Jacuzzi.

What is included?

Pricing is all-inclusive, so you will receive unlimited beverages (including wines, beers & premium spirits) onboard the ship, gratuities to staff, directors, local guides & drivers, port charges, all of your meals onboard, and dining experiences ashore, a range of shore excursions, such as an evening in an Imperial Palace in Vienna, or wine tasting on the Rhone. Airport transfers are included, even if booked on a ‘cruise only’ basis. Many of the itineraries include a pre-cruise or post-cruise hotel, and these are always of the highest quality.
