Michelin star chef Jason Atherton will be cooking for guests on Silversea‘s Silver Shadow voyage 3334. The 9 night cruise departs from Hong Kong on 25th November 2013, and calls at Ha Long Bay (overnight stay), Chan May (Hue / Danang), Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City (overnight stay) and finishes in Singapore.
Jason will be cooking a unique 4 course meal for guests, as well as being a guest speaker onboard. He will also host a number of guests on a unique visit to a fresh foods market in Ha Long Bay in Vietnam.
