Aurora from P&O Cruises started 2013 with a 99 night world cruise, which is also available in several sectors. From April 2013 she will be operating a range of intineraries ranging from a 2 night mini cruise to Belgium, up to 24 night cruise to the Caribbean or the Eastern Med & Black Sea. Other destinations include Baltic, Fjords, North Cape, Western Mediterranean, Iceland and the Central Mediterranean.
Weighing 76,000 tons, Aurora carries 1,874 passengers and 850 crew, and is a mid-sized family friendly ship. While onboard there is plenty to do, with 3 pools, an Oasis Spa, salon, gymnasium, sports court, library, cinema, casino and several shops. When it comes to dining there is something for everyone with two main restaurants, Alexandria and Medina, Marco Pierre White’s Cafe Bordeaux, and several other venues. There is also the Carmen’s show lounge and bar, Crow’s Nest lounge and bar, several other bars, and of course The Reef children’s club. There are a number of single cabins on Aurora.
